[cisco-voip] IPCC Supervisor Desktop

We get this from time to time also Carlos... I'm not sure what causes it.
we're running 4.0.4 with the latest SR. Reseting the CRS engine gets rid of
it at least for us, and I havent seen where it impacts any historical
reports.. mainly its just confusing for the supervisors and is highly
annoying.
