[cisco-voip] ISDN PRI - Message not compatible with call state...

Depending on the switch the message will either be ignored or may  
cause the call to drop.  I suspect this has a great deal to do with  
what state the call was in when the erroneous message was received.

It could signal a PRI protocol-type mismatch.

The remote equipment receives an expected message that does not
correspond to the current state of the connection.

This issue occurs due to a D-channel error.
