[cisco-voip] CUAdmin not responding

Unity Connection 2.0(1)

 

I type https://server/cuadmin

 

I get a warning about certificate, I accept, but then never get the
splash screen with username login.  Stuck on
https://X.X.X.X/cuadmin/home.do;jsessionid=B2D360D8685EB0AC414D4AAB83C8C
F77

 

In Unity 4.x I would do a iisreset or stop/start IIS Admin.

 

CUAdmin has worked previously and users Voicemail button works fine.
What do I do in Platform OS to restart the web front end?
