Subject: [cisco-voip] Call handler question

Is there a way in Unity to allow a caller to enter an extension number
and leave a message in a mailbox without ringing the phone? Nortel
calls this feature "express messaging".

In other words, I would like to use "Caller System Transfer" and go
directly to the subscribers greeting instead of transferring the call.

Is there a way to do that?
