[cisco-voip] BAT in CCM 5-1 to remove service

I was scared of this method, I could see CCM hitting a caveat and
breaking. I'll try deleting the service after hours tonight -thanks

easiest way to do this is to delete the service from callmanager
altogether and it will be deleted from all the phones.  (you can
always add it back if need be.)
