[cisco-voip] CCM Web Page performance issues, aka 'Loading, Please Wait' (a rant)

We upgrade cuz the customer hears 'linux' and thinks it is better...
that is also what the sales people are selling...

To be honest, the only kick-ass features for CCM5 are BAT and the LDAP
integration.
