     That is correct.

You need a 7941, 7942, 7945, 7961, 7962, 7965, 7970, or 7971  (aka an
XML capable phone).

However,
For the 7940's and 7960's it is possible to use the IDLE URL feature to
display a low quality image.

Check the IP Phone Services SDK from Crisco for the application to
convert the images to XML format.
