[cisco-voip] Cannot delete Partition, Dependency Records empty

Hi,

I'll try to search in the BAT templates and if I cannot find anything
I'll search in the database...

In the case I find the PKID in the database, how am I supposed to delete
this field?

Regards,

Ruben

Reuben,

Other spots to check:
BAT Templates (CSCsi08406)
autoregister phone partition (system->server)

Otherwise, let's export your db to plain text and search. Resource
intensive so do after hours. Access your server CLI by ssh. Login using
the platform administrator account and log your session. Issue command:
show tech database dump

retrieve the file and search for the PKID of the partition. If don't
find it zip and unicast me the file.

Example:
admin:show tech database dump
************************************************************************
****************************
This command reads and writes the entire database and will take quite
some time...please be patient.
************************************************************************
****************************
 -------------------- show tech database --------------------
Entire database
Output is in file cm/trace/dbl/showtech26157.out
admin:file get activelog cm/trace/dbl/showtech26157.out

In the resulting file any reference to fkroutepartition is a pointer to
the partition table. fkroutepartition always points to
routepartition.pkid example:
 -----------------------------------------------------------
         Table RoutePartition
 -----------------------------------------------------------
pkid,name,description,dialplanwizardgenid,fktimeschedule,tktimezone,useo
riginatingdevicetimezone,resettoggle,tkreset
"e472970e-51cd-8030-ad65-da44e16b5dc9","prtRTP","RTP
Partition","22","t","f","2"

/Wes

I think there is an actual limit of the number of partitions, the number
depends on the names you use for the partitions, but its surely larger
than 75.

I experienced this partition deletion problem ( but in CCM 4.2), if I
remember correctly, it was a DN not being used but belonging to the
partition, I went into RoutePlan->RoutePlanReport looked for the DN and
deleted it.

	Hi,

Fine then, anyway, I'm still having the same problem because I
have some
	'locked' partitions...

	Thanks,

I believe that message refers to the fact that you can only
create 75
partitions *at a time* using the web interface.
