4.1.3sr5d contains device pack 57.1

I just read this field notice and it mentions to load 4.1(3)DevPack 57.1, but I can't find it under the Downloads section. The latest version I see is 4.1(56). Am I the only one experiencing this?

Well, it's getting to be that time of the year again.

Has anyone noticed that

was updated earlier this month, and that CM and phone loads are affected
for the switch back from DST? Maybe I'm reading it wrong, but it looks
like I've got another upgrade cycle to go through.

Yay.
