[cisco-voip] Route Pattern > Route List reset

I thought in 4.x a MGCP controlled gateway when reset via a Route
Pattern > Route List change would wait until there are no callers to
restart (media preservation).

 

I see clearly in 5.x it definitely drops the callers via reset, phones
show Temp Failure.

 

Did something change between 4.x and 5.x or is my memory wrong. I flip
between MGCP and H323 so much I forget what does what...
