Hello everyone,

We have installed IPCCx 4.5 and use CCM5.

We have a service desk and would like to use the icd.aef script with a few modifications. I would like the play a welcome message and then dump everyone into a queue to wait for available agents. During this time, I would like to play a message that will allow the user to press "1" to leave a message.

At this time it would be a call forward to our voicemail pilot number.

Anyone doing anything like this? I have made some modification with moderate success using the "get digits" string. Thanks!
