[cisco-voip] DST problems - phones in Dubai showing wrong time

Running 5.1.2.2102-1 (ES)

One of our sites is in Dubai and its device pool has the Caucasus time
zone configured.
The Subscriber is in the UK. When the time changed last Sunday, the time
also changed on the phones in Dubai, however it shouldn't have as Dubai
doesn't have winter/summer times... 

Has anybody come across this before (anybody running the same ES by any
chance??)

HTTS is working on it as well but was wondering if anybody had seen
similar behaviour.

Any ideas ... Let me know
