[cisco-voip] upgrade from 4.2 to 6.1 / license issues.

Yes.

However, I have done an upgrade from a server in imminent failure (it
was CCM 3.2 on some old Compaq tower...) and I got TAC to send me a
license (for a new server) because I could not run DMA.

Everything is doable...
