Get those phones to an intermediate load before going to 8-3-4?  Try  
a 7.x load which I'm sure is still on your tftp server.

The ones that were connected to the system during the upgrade all  
have 8.3.4SR1s

The ones they added after the upgrade are running 5.0(3) and in the  
logs we see:


2:11:55p 3: Name Load5.0(3.0s) SCCP70.8-3-4SR1S Version Error

I have restarted the TFTP service and even tried manually forcing the
loads to the phones...

Nothing...

Any ideas?
