[cisco-voip] SIP Trunk with FAC/CMC

I don't understand why a FAC or CMC wouldn't work with H.323, that
doesn't make sense... the CCM is just requesting this info prior to
routing the call... it is part of the route-pattern, what difference
does it make where the call goes?
