[cisco-voip] SFTP issue

deal all
i am trying to take a backup from cm 6 using an sftp server but it always failed saying : unable to access the directory bla bla bla ,
i am using the freeftpd as sftp server www.freeftpd.com
any one has a recommendation on the software to use ...i think this software is not efficient anyway or maybe i am configuring it incorrectly !!!
