1)Yes, If you Install New Drives you can Keep the older ones as a fallback.
2)I do not recommend installing multiple Subscribers at once, in the same manner I don't recommend updating multiple subscribers at once. During these moments you have synchronization occurring between servers and having this happen with several servers at once opens the door for problems and or slow response.

Subject: [cisco-voip] 6.1.1 Upgrade questions

Upgrading from Call Manager 4.1.3 to 6.1.1 next months, couple of questions:

 1. Does Cisco support removing the disk drives from the servers running CCM 4.1.3 and installing new drives? I would hope you could then boot from the 6.1.1 DVD, load the OS and import your DMA file. This would give a complete and quick restore option back to the previous version if needed.

 2. Once the Publisher is upgraded does each Subscriber need to be installed/upgraded one at a time or can multiple subscribers be worked on simultaneously?

Thanks!
Steve
