[cisco-voip] CUCM 4.2.3 to 6.1.1a Installation errors

Hello,

 

The below is what TAC gave me to do when I had the same error. This
appears to be bug ID CSCee89932 or CSCsi68765. The below solution fixed
my migration problem.

1. Delete the "VG224 display instance-mgcp.xml" from
"C:\ProgramFiles\Cisco\Bin\Xmltemp\Xml". 

2. Reboot the server. 

3. Once it comes back up verify that the file was not re-created by
default. 

4. Re-run DMA to get a new file. 

5. Attempt the upgrade with this new file and this time it should go
through"
