BRI to BRI and PRI to PRI, yes. Use isdn protocol emulate network/client
etc. settings on the Serial/Bri interface config.

For PRI-to-PRI you might need a Cross E1/T1 cable pairs 1,2-4,5
inverted, for BRI I'm not sure.

BRI to PRI as far as I know does not work. At the very least not back to
back.
