Also, I see there is a newer AIR-PWRINJ3 that's out.  The AIR-PWRINJ2 has been EOL'd.

My 7970 is only drawing 10.3W with a max of 15.4W.  That's less than the 16W the AIR-PWRINJ2 will offer.

Here are a couple examples from an actual POE switch.
