accm.fmbThe first version of call join does not work across multiple lines. This may be a feature they have roadmapped for future versions - you'll have to check with your account team.

  Has anyone had issue with this feature. We have setup multiple line appearance and Join does not appear to work in this scenario. 


    1.. User has Active call, - line 1

    2.. Station receives new call; user answers - line 2 same # different partition

    3.. User selects other press's Join and receives a 'No Participants' message
    4.. Tries to select other line and nothing happens.
