[cisco-voip] Using Bat to Associate users witrh device profiles

Dude.... go easy

Don't even create device profiles.

CCM 5 and 6 will automagically create device profiles and associate
them.... go to Bulk Admin - UDP and check the box to perform a miracle
and run the job....
