Yes, but does the Example Admin account still exist in AD? What if you 
check Exchange System Manager, do you see the mailbox? Does it have a 
red x next to it? As James said, you might want to run the message store 
config wizard sync (\Commserver\ConfigurationSetup\Setup.exe /sync)
