[cisco-voip] recovering crashed call manager 6.1.1 a

Need some help. I have to assist a customer with a call manager server
that crashed during power problems. They have no bars backup and they
dont have a raided disks - The raid seems to be damaged.
 
Whe we try to boot the server from hard disk it goes to the point
where it says that it activated the swap partition OK and then beoynd
that it just sits there
 
 
We are now attempting to boot the server from a recovery disk CD with
6-1-1a iso recovery image  but it just displays the initial message:
 
Running Cisco Unified communications manager system installer 
with the please wait message
 
and then just sits there
 
 
any help will be appreciated
