1) You can upgrade directly from 3.5 to 5.x

2) You'll need to get a new license

Subject: [cisco-voip] IPCC upgrade

We are currently running 4.1(3) and IPCC Express 3.5. We have an upgrade
to go straight to 6.1 on the UCM side and I have a couple questions.

1.	Do I need to go to UCCX 4.x before I can go to 5.x?
2.	Do I need to get new license files or are the same licenses from
my 3.5 system still valid?
