[cisco-voip] Need to disable call waiting

Hi, there.

I'd need to disable the call waiting functionality on CCM v6.1, that is,
if a user is using his/her phone and receives a call, the calling party
should receive a "busy tone", not a dialing tone. So, the called party
shouldn't see any "incoming calling message" on the screen.

Any idea?
