[cisco-voip] Call Manager Firewall

I am trying to run a CDR Report and I am getting an error that says 

Call Manager Web Application Firewall Alert


Operation aborted. Your request triggered an alert! 
If you feel that you have received this alert in error, or for more
information,
 contact the administrator of this website. 
 
I recently upgraded the IOS in the Call Manager from 2000.2.7 to
20004.5bSR5. 
I am running Call Manager 4.1(3) 

Any help would be appreciated.
