[cisco-voip] Ask for name of unidentified callers

Hello,  we are running Call Manager 4.2 and Unity 4.2.  I am not sure
that we can even do this but I have seen others with Cisco VioP doing
this.  Basically when an unavailable (or external) call comes in it
transfers the call to unity which takes a name form the user then lets
whoever answers the phone can either choose to take the call or not.
Anyways I am interested in doing this if possible.
