[cisco-voip] 7936 conference phones

I have a site with 4 conference phones that when you go off hook and
misdial the number you can't go back on hook. They have to physically
unplug the data cable to get dial tone again. Anyone ever see this...

Here are the particulars. They are at the latest phone loads.
