[cisco-voip] Restore CM 4.1 AD integrated

Thanks Wes!

That seem to fix the issue.  How will this affect my upgrade from 4.1 to
6.1.  Since I'm not taking it off net but leaving IP addresses / access to
AD etc. then should not be a problem?
