[cisco-voip] HEAVY PHONE CALLS

I'm trying to figure it out why I'm getting very often this error on my
main system phone line goes down " DUE TO HEAVY VALUME PHONE CALLS THE
LINE IS BUSY CALL LATER " what I do is log off and log back in and works
again does any body has an idea what is the cause of this problem.
