Hi,

We're about to deploy a Cisco CME solution.

We're replacing an existing asterisk solution, with 8 phones currently.

The plan is to put the new CME device in, along with 5 new phones in
native CM mode. Connect the existing 8 phones as SIP extension to the
CME box.

All is working well in the lab, apart from mapping secondary numbers to
the extensions.

Eg,

Extention 5301 with a DDI of 01189123456

In native CM mode the extension would look like:

ephone-dn 1 dual-line

 number 5301 secondary 01189123456

 pickup-group 1

 label 5301

 description JohnG

 name JohnG

 call-forward busy 2999

 call-forward noan 2999 timeout 15

but how can you assign a secondary number to a SIP extension?

Regards,

Alex
