[cisco-voip] CCM 4.1 service parameter for callmanager service start timeout?

Got a customer with a crapload of route patterns (over 1500), and every time
they reboot the callmanager service fails to start and you need to go into
services and start it manually.
I heard that there was a service parameter to increase the timeout so it
would start....
Anyone know what it was?
