[cisco-voip] Multiparty conference with VT advantage

Hi,

I have configured MCU 3515 as a sccp VCB bridge in CCM and I have three
clients , lets say A, B and C with VT advantage , I am trying a
video conference with all three and getting inconsistent results . A is able
to see B and A. B is able to see A and B .C is able to see A and B but not
C. What should be the default and consistent behaviour.

CCM - 4.1.3 sr7
MCU - 5.5
