[cisco-voip] 7985 reload with Cisco Call MAnager Express

I have a Cisco Call Manager Express, an one Video-phone 7985, but this
7985 when I place to off-net calls then the phone be reset but all on-net
calls working well. I think a firmware issue?  somebody had the same problem
before? Suggestions will be appreciated..
