[cisco-voip] platformConfig.xml causes halt and re-install media

The platformconfig.xml file is where it gets all of the info it would  
normally prompt you for during the initial setup.  If it can't read  
the file then it can't get this info (including hostname, networking  
parameters, etc) how can it proceed with the install?  At best it  
could fall back to prompting the user for all of the info but forcing  
you to start over doesn't extend the install time by more than a few  
minutes at worst.

You would think the software would ignore a bad platformConfig.xml  
and continue one.  I assume I have to re-run install from DVD…
