I think you have a problem with your Fan blade (or chassis).

I would like to know what does following log ?

Environmental monitor experienced the following events:
    Fans: "monitor dropped" at 14:08:28 GMT Fri Aug 8 2008.
    Fans: "monitor dropped" at 14:09:28 GMT Fri Aug 8 2008.
    Fans: "monitor dropped" at 14:10:28 GMT Fri Aug 8 2008.
    Fans: "monitor dropped" at 14:11:28 GMT Fri Aug 8 2008.
    Fans: "monitor dropped" at 14:12:28 GMT Fri Aug 8 2008.
    Fans: "monitor dropped" at 14:13:28 GMT Fri Aug 8 2008.
    Fans: "monitor dropped" at 14:14:28 GMT Fri Aug 8 2008.
    Fans: "monitor dropped" at 14:15:28 GMT Fri Aug 8 2008.
    Fans: "monitor dropped" at 14:16:28 GMT Fri Aug 8 2008.

Temperature:
    Temperature Reading:
        Temp at inlet fails and data is not available.
        Temp at outlet is measured as -1C/31F.
        Temp delta of inlet and outlet fails and data is not available.
    Temperature State:
        Temperature is in normal state.

I couldn't see temperature of AS5350 gateway. How to solve this
