[cisco-voip] Question about moving unity users between servers

My only concern with cobras is that I think I will get user alias
conflicts. The two servers are in the same AD domain and dialing
domain... So, I think COBRAS will throw errors on user object restore.

Am I right?

Check out the COBRAS tool, it will allow you to select a switch
integration for the user(s) you are importing with it:

Note, however, that it is not yet TAC supported.

I have been working on a procedure to move users from one unity server
to another. I am planning to use GSM to do this, but have hit a snag.

The first unity server only supports a single pbx integration. The
second Unity server supports 4 pbx integrations. When I move the user,
GSM works great but doesn't let me specify which pbx integration to
assign to the user.

I began investigating the various tools on the tools depot. Bulk
subscriber edit will do this, with the restriction that you must be
running Unity versions prior to 4.2.1. Since the target server is
running 4.2.1, I am left with the telephony Integration manager. The
issue there is that there isn't a way to select via CSV. It seems you
can do multiple users, but you have to select from the grid.

So, does anyone know a tool that I can use to automate the pbx
selection? It would be awesome to do the move in one step (with the
tool performing all changes), but I will be happy to perform it in
multiple steps.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
