[cisco-voip] 6.1.2-1000-13 Ad Hoc Conf behavior

In Callmanager 4.1 User A could conference User B, then User B could
conference User C and they would all be joined.  I'm noticing in 6.1(2)
that it becomes two separate conferences.  That UserA-B and User B-C
are two conferences instead of one big conference.  Is there a Service
Parameter to change this behavior? Maybe it relates to 7931?
