[cisco-voip] CME on 2811

Where is this BRI? And are the b-channels in power saving mode from
telco? (Where they are not active unless a call is presented?) I ran
into this in Paris, seems I hit a IOS defect relating to MGCP/BRI with
power save. Was a long time ago.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CME on 2811

Hi,

Got a 2811 running 12.4.15.T5 and CME 4.1 with BRI's. yesterday we
tried moving away from CME to make this a H323 gateway on CUCM. That
did not go so well so we reverted back.......only to discover that we
were seeing the same problem again.

Somehow the BRI;s are just not coming up, they show layer 1 active and
layer 2 TEI_Assigned. When trying to dial in we see the BRI layer2
come up, shows Multiple framed established but then get the following
error:

"requested circuit/channel unavailable"

Telco say they test the BRi's fine and TAC says config is correct.
Below some debug from isdn q931:
