When you recreated the user accounts, did you add them to the Integrated_Messaging group?

Subject: [cisco-voip] CUE 3.2(1) - Users Cannot access IMAP folder after changing password!!

Hi,
after i have set up a CME-CUE integration (CME 7.0 - AIM-CUE 3.2(1)) , i configured users and mailboxes in CUE.
I have configured them an initial default password and PIN.
Most of the users created an IMAP account in MS Outlook or thunderbird and worked fine.
After they entered the Web gui of user and changed their password, they are not any more authenticated with the IMAP server (security == none).
I rebooted the CUE - > the users still cannot login
I deleted user and mailbox, recreated user and mailbox - > the users still cannot login

Any ideas why this is happening?

Thanks
Anthony
