[cisco-voip] cisco sip 3911 phones and others and siemens high path 4k pbx

[Ellington, Chris]

While I don't have experience with that particular model, I would expect
it to follow the same rules and since there's not a generic SIP load for
it, I would say I won't work.

party telephony servers?
