[cisco-voip] 7961 hook switch faulty?

I have some 70 7960 phones sitting in boxes that have hookswitch problems.
The "Self Cleaning" technique  involving bainging on the hookswitch is a
short term fix at best.  Hookswitch didn't really change until teh 79x2
model where they now use a optical hook switch.
