[cisco-voip] Category 3 connections for phones

Category 3 cabling at 10mbps is supported, according to the 7945G install
docs (similar statements are made for other phones), even with POE.

I saw a message from September '06 saying "I've done it, but don't plug any
PCs in behind the phone".

Has anyone done (tried?) this, and have any advice to share?
