[cisco-voip] CDR in System version: 6.1.2.1000-13

Good Evening all,
I am trying to run CDR in the Call Manager 6.1.2.1000-13 and I am getting the following error

30061 : Data is not available in the Database.
I open a case with TAC and the answer was to reset the cluster which I did. But I am still getting the same error.
Any Idea?
