[cisco-voip] Trying to do a 0-out on UCCX...

If memory serves me, setting all the steps in the "hold" cycle as
interruptible makes this happen.  If they push "0" at any time I believe
that it will jump through a bunch of steps to the next get digits (assuming
you've not flushed the input buffer).
