I would also discourage G729 for contact center unless management
clearly understands the audible difference (and no hearing loss
themselves)  If they want to change the codec it requires re-install of
UCCX, etc.

Sure, but your MOH is gonna sound like crap.

Make sure you select G.729 as the installed codec for IPCC...
