[cisco-voip] prevent users from getting their voicemail

What is it, exactly, that you are trying to do? Prevent people from signing
into Unity to check their messages, prevent people from accessing their
messages via Outlook/PCA, prevent the broadcast message from being
delivered, or get rid of a message that has already been delivered?
