[cisco-voip] Personal Directory on Speed Dial/URL button (CCM 5.x/6.x)?

Not in CM5.x or 6.0.  PAB is not accessible via an IP service in these versions

In the most recent 6.1.2 ES's this has been addressed in CSCso28287
