Sometimes, you have to erase the configuration on the phone. Go into
Settings, **#, and select Erase. Then, you may have to reset the phone
from within CCM and restart the TFTP service.

If it is a service that use to be hosted by CM then most likely you need
to slightly change the web address.

 

so for extension mobility you need to change the web address from .asp
at the end to xml
